Ange+Co proudly delivered our first major event for UNSW — the 2024 UNSW Community Fair Day — after successfully winning the competitive pitch. As the university marked its 75th anniversary, this milestone event was the largest on the UNSW calendar, and the brief was clear: elevate the experience beyond anything seen before.

With over 10,000 attendees, 27 trucks involved in bump-in, and more than 29 suppliers on-site, the day was a massive undertaking. From high-energy mechanical rides and a fully programmed entertainment stage, to curated food truck offerings and family-friendly activation zones, the experience was built to excite and engage from start to finish.

The kids' zone was a major highlight, with activities including an animal farm, arts and crafts, pot-a-plant workshops, a LEGO play area, yoga classes, and hands-on emergency services experiences. These interactive elements brought families together and created a true sense of community on campus.

Every detail of the event was carefully planned and executed by Ange+Co — from risk assessments and site plans to wet weather contingency strategies. Our team managed the event end-to-end, from the initial pitch through to pre-production and onsite delivery. With over 40 of our experienced staff coordinating every element on the day, the event ran seamlessly across all zones.

The result? A bold, vibrant, and unforgettable day — now widely recognised as the best UNSW Community Fair Day ever.
